What do men by street cleaner?? Sweeper to sweep the road or the vaccum they use to clean up the leaves??

The leave picker upper has been through our development in Hackettstown, twice a week for the last 2 weeks. I haven't seen Elgin, the street cleaner, in quite some time.

The D.P.W. has this on the website:

Leaf collection will begin Tuesday, October 11, 2016 and continue through Friday, December 02, 2016. Leaves must be placed curbside during this time. Please do not call the Dept. of Public Works regarding leaf pickup, collection will be continuous during this time period and we will return to each street on more than one occasion.

I remember the street cleaner - not leaf collection vac - coming down my street in early-mid August. Went down one side then up the other side. Possibly DPW could tell you if there is a "schedule" for the street cleaner.
