Found loose dog running on Willow grove st (REUNITED)

I was driving on willow grove and found this dog in the street by the hospital. I called non emergency number they had me call animal control left a message with animal control called back non emergency number they had me bring him to police station. He's a sweet little dog

Fabulous news! I wish they all were reunited that quickly. Still hoping "Kelly" gets found quickly. It's getting colder out there & she must be hungry, as well as that injury causing her to limp.
