There may also be additional restrictions in the text of the individual zone requirements, depending in which zoning district a property is located.

Thanks for the response. I was wondering how long people are allowed to keep up temporary banners such as sales, grand openings, etc.. The town says 90 days and so many places keep them up longer. They look so horrible when their up so long they are faded and torn to shreads from the wind.
