Replace retaining wall

I need a retainer wall replaced in Hastings Square. Anyone know of a good reference?

No, they are not townhouses, they are considered part of a PUD - planned unit development. Each home owns a certain portion of the real estate, and the owner is responsible for the retaining wall.
