Delaware Water Gap

Does anyone know what's going on at the Delaware Water Gap in Columbia,NJ ? They are ripping the side of the mountain down and putting up some stands for maybe Lights ? Just kinda curious ......

I guess bolting up some chain link fence would make too much sense...
