Need A Chimney Mason
We are in need of repair work on our fireplace chimney and also to the inside flue as well. Can a liner be put inside of fireplace flue or is that done on inserts only? The outside bricks are breaking down and falling off in pieces and, upon inspection, we were told not to burn because of cracks in the flue. The cracks were found by a home inspector when purchasing the house but we are now looking to fix it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Previous threads are pretty old and looking for current references.

towncontractors Anyone else have recommendations for a mason? We have a fireplace that needs to be redone. It's a zero clearance fireplace that need new stonework on the wall.
