M Martell For as many times as the front panther has been stolen from Panther Valley, I definitely thought someone stole the M&M. Who wouldn't want that! And with all the crime going on in our area right now, I'm a bit concerned now that someone will have this thought.
Lori, they rhyme. The L is there ever so slightly though. When you pronounce them see what your tongue, lips and mouth do, if it is the same for you then by all means you say them the same. It is not the same for me and the L is there. LOL. I am not British either but it sounds like it when i say it!
It's a NJ thing I think. Most people around here say caw-fee instead of coff-ee. Pretty comical. :)
like i had said before.. here you go.. it is a whole nother world. I know there was a guy on here not to long ago that has relatives in the Scranton area and told a story of his trip to a funeral in NY.. Pretty funny. I felt like I was truly back at home in the car with him when he told the story.

Believe75 "o'neal highway at sheets" - Or O'Niell Highway and Sheetz, but that's recent history. We're talking 60's & 70's, maybe early 80's when Big Boy was stolen. I remember a time late before it closed that it was missing for a long time. Previously I seem to remember it was taken mostly as a prank, and later returned as mysteriously as it was taken.

No, not stuck in traffic going to a funeral. However, my aunt and uncle, very well known residents of Olyphant for many years, are buried in the Dunmore Cem. That's the one on the other side of 347. (and that's all I've ever known it as, none of the "O'Niell" crap...)
GC. I can only tell stories from the mid 80's and on. Well that is as far back as my memory goes. lol I guess I am still a little wet behind the ears.
But the Bob's Big Boy that was on Kidder St. in Wilkes-Barre was stolen atleast once a month and left in odd places.
There is no way anyone will be able to steal those M&M's.......I know I looked already. ;)

I saw them putting up a new M&M earlier but it was covered and couldn't see what it was. Can't wait to stop by tonight on the way home.

Just Asking Is anything even going on in Hackettstown around this? I got an e-mail this morning saying you could see the reveal live on FB from California I think. Was wondering why they didn't bring the celebrities into H-Town. I didn't read the whole e-mail but I think they said the Doogie Howser MD guy was hosting something in California.
M & K If you have Facebook, go to M&M Usa. They were streaming a live feed at noon of the unveiling. Her big reveal. ;)
