Try calling Oilheating Specialist of North Jersey 908-813-9900

They are almost always the cheapest price and you will not be locked into a contract of any kind. Also, the minimum delivery is low!

Thanks Bargain. I'll try giving them a call. Does anybody know if oil prices are going up/down? Has anybody filled up recently and at what price? I imagine they won't go down very much for the winter season.

Dec '11

Oil has been hovering around the $98-$100 a barrel level, so don't expect that much of a jump. It is trending up but that is expected since it's winter and the demand is going up.

Tried calling Oilheating Specialist, but the number just rang busy. Advantage couldn't match my price so I went with Apple Heating Oil with the 5 dollar coupon. The lady was very nice.

Try giving greenworks a call. We use them for propane but they also service this area for oil. Prices right on website and on phone recording when you call. my sister in law lives in netcong and she uses them for oil. I think she paid around 2.30 a gallon.

Spygirl - I doubt your SIL paid $2.30/gallon for oil in this area. Greenworks is selling propane for $2.39/gallon but oil is $3.44/gallon.

She got the oil awhile ago. I forget when exactly. Maybe a few months ago. It certainly wasn't pushing 3.50 when she got it. Oh well.

North Jersey Energy was 3.299
Greenworks 3.299 save 5% online
Clickable Oil - 877-328- 9645 is 3.19
Hackettstown Oil - 850-6655 is 3.19 over 400 gallong will take .05 off.

Last year after using m and m oil for a few yrs I was almost empty and went online to cod oil it's a pool of different companies that give you the lowest prices. I ordered and Sussex Morris heating came and filled me up. At the time they were the same price as Ariba. The customer service was great and the company was even better.

Howdy, did you call? What zip code did you use? I know the rates are different depending on the zip code. I am using 07828 and it is still coming up at $3.799.

When I actually go to order the price comes up at $3.539 which is still cheaper and the cheapest of them all. However I have tried to order through them before at the price they calculated on the order and they called me up the next day saying they would not honor the price. They offered me a higher price so I ordered from somebody cheaper.

Placed two online orders with dayandniteheatingoil last night at $3.599.

They called me up today saying they could not honor the price. This is the second time this company has done this to me. Never again will I order from dayandnite. The best they could offer me was 3.619. I even talked to the manager and he was an idiot. He was willing to give away ~$2000 worth of business because he would not honor a $10 mistake in their computer system. Said it wasn't his fault. The owner should fire the manager because he will spend more than $10 trying to fix all the bad publicity that I am going to give! --- end rant.

Today Falcon oil is the least expensive a $3.68. Take on 400-500 gal. and it is $3.639. Clickable Oil seems to be the next at $3.699 and will reduce to $3.649 if you take on 400 gallons. And North Jersey Oil will also match those prices. 2/18/13.
