Rheumatologist for Arthritis?
Does anyone have a recommendation for a good local (or within 45-minutes or so) Rheumatologist for arthritis?
I searched the forum, and there was a recommendation for a Rheumatologist (Sanders in Morristown), but he only treats Fibromyalgia.
Thanks very much in advance.

I see Dr. Giangrasso in succasunna...he is in a group with maybe 3 other doctors. Not sure of the number but look up Thomas Giangrasso.
I've been to Dr. Giangrosso also. He is wonderful. BUT it takes along time to get into see him. It's well worth it though. The staff is excellent also. 66 Sunset Strip Succasunna NJ 07876 Phone: 973 584-1391
I see Dr. Jeanne Pare of Allergy and Arthritis Associates - been with her for over 12 years and she is the best! (She's an associate of Dr. Giangrosso) Yes, it is hard to get in, but well worth it!!
Dr. Deborah Pasik in Cedar Knolls also specializes in rheumatology. I had seen her for another condition and was pleased with her care.
Dr. David Widman in Morristown - he's been voted one of the Best Doctors in NJ (the Fortune magazine ranking). I've seen him for 7+ years and would recommend the trip to Morristown.
Appts for Dr Pare will take you months to get in. I called in November last year and got an appt for February or March, wound up seeing Dr Sanders in Morristown, they got me right in, I was pleased with him.
My husband has seen Dr. Pasik too and is happy with her care. She is not overly aggressive in treatment, especially with meds.
Thank you all SO much for the recommendations! I'm going to start dialing for an appointment later today. Hopefully, someone will be able to see me soon. :-)
I see Dr . Golombeck for my rheumatoid arthritis. He is in the same practice as PAre and Giagrasso I think. He's not that hard to get appointments wiht.
