This was the place decided on by the attendees of the last HH I have never been but have read some good reviews online

I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE IT THERE.. Did I ever tell you the story of my 27th birthday? Let's just say I was almost hospitalized for ummm "too much." This place gave me my first hangover and my first Anxiety attack! It is very inexpensive there too.... however the owner is a bit snobbish. He walks around in his cowboy hat and doesn't really smile much. The bartenders are great.... decent size square top bar to fit around 20 people if we squeeze..... tables and games too for kids if they come. Plus, HOMEMADE SODAS..... Yeah, mmmm I am so there!
Miss. Meows A Lot Meow - I've never found the owner to be the least bit snobbish. He is always extremely nice to DH and I.
Will definitely try to make this one.
Calico696 I have heard nothing but good things about this place from everyone i have asked........ Miss. Meows A Lot keep in mind about local businesses if you dont have anything nice to say dont say anything at all ;-)
The owner is ALWAYS friendly to CVR and I. He always says hello and when it's not too busy we get to chat for a bit.

Pepper Cat - 30 isn't old! I just feel like i am 80...maybe having three babies in 1 year span did that to me! LOL!
I am looking forward to it to Calico! Let's just hope DH decides to stay home LOL because he will get wasted and I don't want to tell with that!
I agree with MCR & miss meows alot, awesome food & friendly staff but owner is a little creepy towards women sometimes, went in there for a few drinks with a friend a year or so ago (we're in our early 30's) and the cowboy (must be in his 60's) tried to hit on us, YUCK!
Smokehouse = a lot of strong alcohol! I will never forget my 27th birthday....experienced my first hangover that the bartender gave me....and had my first Panic Attack...this because I also had quite a few shots of tequila before my triple birthday shot of who knows what.... be careful what you consume there....you just never know lol Have a blast! =(
Thinking about it. I am not really a fan of Smokehouse. Unsure if I should get a sitter or bring the 2 rug rats. Y'all know how much they love Soccer and CVR

Lori...since '73 FYI - the High Noon B&G in Budd Lake is now reopened. I think this should be a future site sometime soon.

It was really good FF, too bad the police raided the place and we all got arrested ;-)
My kids really enjoyed seeing the inside of a jail cell. Although they did tell me they never want to be arrested again. Oh and the full body search was rough. :)

I am always willing to dance on a bar. Not sure about the boys. I am one of those embarrassing mothers, which I am okay with.
Just Asking - I have a feeling I am going to be one of those moms too! I find myself doing stupid silly things just get a smile out of them!
Just wait til you get to embarass your grand kids. It's great! Even better than embarassing your kids.
