popcorn gift basket?

I would like to send a popcorn and movie gift basket to my teenage nephew who had knee surgery yesterday, but I'd like it to be delivered "already assembled." Does anyone know of a business that does this? He lives in the Roxbury area, so Hackettstown and anywhere east would be great. . .
Thanks!!

In the strip mall where Giancarlo's Bakery is in Roxbury there is a company called the Giving Basket that does exactly what you want. And they're right there by your nephew so they could deliver it. It's an award willing all women run place that knows exactly what they're doing. Give them your ideas and a budget, and they'll custom put the basket together.

The Popcorn Factory!

I've sent them a few times, they're not too expensive and sometimes you can find a coupon online.

I just placed an order with The Giving Basket. Thanks so much for the recommendation, GC! The lady was super friendly and the cost was exactly the same as it would have been from an online company and even better, it will be delivered today, already all put together nicely. Just as an fyi, the business is now located in Chester. She said they moved there a couple of years ago.

Ya know Collette, I did actually know that because I saw their new place a few months ago. I remember them when they were still in Mt Freedom, before Ledgewood. But they're just the best people there.

I ordered something similar once from the Popcorn factory and have was pleased with both price and selection.

colette - wherever you find the gift basket, try to deliver it yourself. It is a very special gift to visit in person when they is in the hospital or at home recovering. I'm sure he would love to see you, if it isn't too far out of your way. Most people don't bother, probably because they think they are intruding.

Actually the surgery wound up being more complicated than originally thought, and he is in a lot of pain. I had a very similar surgery 18 years ago, and was in the hospital for 5 days. Now they perform these surgeries at surgery centers and send the patient home with no plan for pain management. My sister wound up having to call the rescue squad to transport him to the hospital last night because they couldn't get the pain under control (doctor's recommendation). And my nephew is a very tough kid. I'm glad I didn't go over, I'm sure it would have just added to the chaos. . . but I agree, it is wonderful to have visitors when you are recovering:) We'll go see him over the weekend.
