When I price a house it is not sq. footage. I like to see the home and decide by the looking at the place. You can have1500sq. feet of cleaning in 2 house homes and they are never the same. Hence pets, smoking, children, need special things done? Weekly, Bi-weekly and monthly are also a consideration.
