Detour: Main St between Stiger & Grand 7/2

Fire on Main St has it closed between Stiger & Grand. May want to avoid the area for awhile.

anyone know any more info on this? Saw allamuchy fire trucks go by heading to hackettstown ...it must be big.

House fire directly across from Valentine st on Main. Loads of smoke. No one inside.

Was just out there! They think it ws electrical they have JCP&L there cutting electric out. It started in the back of the house and traveled to the antique store attic. Like I said all foremen still on scene and cutting electrical. Road is closed.

it's the little house that's crammed in between the antique store and the psychics. no 3-story building, no antique store attic. the fire departments knocked it down quick. so it couldn't spread.

fire is out and all streets are back open it was only the small house set back in spread to no other buildings kudos to all the brave firefighters and ems who responded.

Fire and police were hot on the spot today. Had everything organized and neat. THANK YOU GUYS we know it was hot out there.

They had Tri=County Dept there and Waren County there. The little house was taken under control and then they were looking for hot spots in the 3 story building next too it. JCP&L were called in to cut the electric off according to an officer they were thinking it was electrical. Thank God no one was hurt or no major damage.

Street is back to normal.

PS I left at 2 after I yalked to an officer any news after that is appreciated.
