part time Treasurer/ Secretary

Hackettstown Parking Authority is looking for a Treasurer/ Secretary.


$18/hours, 15 hours per week. Hours are flexible, they can either be a few hours per day or all done in a couple of days per week. Great local part-time job for some looking for extra hours or hours while kids are in school. Must be available via phone on days off in case of emergency.

Responsibilities include:
- payroll for all employees
-monthly treasurer reports, quarterly federal and state taxes
-accounts payable and receivable
- annual audit and budget
-issuing parking permits
-meeting agendas and minutes
- secretarial duties
-supervision of the meter men
- ticket reports
- and maintaining PATS ticketing reports and system.
