Virtual Assistant Mental Health
Attentive Psychotherapy & Counseling Center is an established mental health private practice located in Hackettstown, NJ. We provide high quality mental health counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. Attentive Psychotherapy staff members have the opportunity to work in a supportive, fun, professional, and collaborative environment.
The position is a remote part-time flexible position with the potential to increase hours. We are selective and hire only those candidates who are well organized, computer savvy, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a team. Candidate will be responsible for assisting with: insurance verification, assisting with insurance claim issues, returning phone call and email messages, collecting payment, scheduling intake appointments, marketing, etc.
Minimum requirements include: Experience as an administrative assistant and insurance knowledge is desirable.
$15-$20 per hour
