Pastry Chef

Mattar's Bistro, a busy from scratch restaurant, is hiring a Pastry Chef who is a self started and can produce in a high-volume atmosphere. Must be able to follow house recipes for current dessert menu, develop daily specials and aid in menu development. All products must be made from scratch including ice creams, sorbets, cakes, brownies and cookies. Must have a minimum of five years experience
