Apt Inspector for Real Estate Mgmt Co.
Real estate management firm looking for a part time person (may lead to full time).
The job description includes performing detailed inspections of executive apartments, upon guest move out and prior to guest move-in, restocking of apartment housewares and linens as needed, light maintenance as needed, as well as some varied office duties. The inspections required will include use of a custom, mobile application to make notations and provide photos of findings.
No previous experience is required, but strong personal character, absolute reliability, significant professionalism and consistent integrity are required. If you are not well-known to be someone that always does the right thing, works extremely hard, and is highly trustworthy, regardless of whether or not someone is watching, then please read no further.
We will provide a company van, a company phone and other items as needed.

Upon receipt, should we have interest, we will conduct an initial phone interview and then request at least lease three non-family references for people you have worked with or for in the past. If we continue to have interest after the interview, and if the reports from the people you referenced cause no concerns, we will schedule a physical interview.
NOTE that you must have a clean driving record and will be required to satisfy a criminal background check.
