Make Your Own Floral Wreath 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
At Hackettstown Free Public Library, artist and all-around crafter Victoria Vulcano guides you through the process of creating your own one-of-a-kind floral wreath. This project uses artificial flowers so it’s perfect for displaying at home or giving as a gift! This program is for adults and older teens.
