RVC National Trails Day Hike 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

LIMESTONE FOREST HIKE & TRAIL MAINENANCE EVENT
Visit a 400 acre preserve on private land and hike part of the regional Ridge and Valley Trail. Light trail work.

Meet up - 9AM at RVC's headquarters
16 Main Street, Blairstown. Coffee and pastries
Caravan to site. Terrain is mildly challenging.

Professional Tea Tasting 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Taste and review a number of organic specialty teas, learn about black, green, white, oolong, blends and tisanes. Find out how tea is processed, how loose leaf tea differs from tea packed in tea bags, how long and at what temperature to brew different types of tea. The tasting will be lead by Jane Sandlar, owner & purveyor of Duckylife Tea, and is Specialty Tea Institute certified at the highest level.
